Re: Bilic's post match
Is it not time to impose a defensive coach on him.

Preferably one who sorts the Charlie for the squad, cause if ever a group of individuals needed to be on Bolivian marching powder, it's that bunch of lazy cunts.

Re: Bilic's post match
He didn't have Kouyate and last time Nordviedt came on he gave away a penalty.
The reaction on here would have been priceless if he'd have come on.
I just want to know where Arbeloa has been for the last two months.
Looked rusty ....why hasn't he been playing in development/PL2 games?

Re: Bilic's post match
As Jonathan Pearce said "Slaven you are always honest in your post match interviews" so what do we expect.
He wasn't savage in his attack of the players, just said some are not showing enough in training and the results in the games show this.He admits that every one has to perform better.
I really don't know what he is doing though with some of his selections, playing Arbeola looked like a mis-guided choice, he looked so far out of his depth it was embarrassing. Surely Nordveit was the better choice,a defensive midfielder like Kouyate would of kept our shape better.

Re: Bilic's post match
Maybe the whole cancer in the club that led to the Baby Bentley culture was not fully eradicated and has once again resurfaced.

Is there anyone - ANYONE - still at the club, in ANY capacity who was also there in the Baby Bentley days?

Re: Bilic's post match
Listening to those comments he has basically made his position untenable. Maybe he wants out and just wants to get sacked for maximum dosh?

It does seem he has given Sullivan no choice though.

Private Dancer - I was loving our efforts from half time until the second goal, singing irons yesterday. But the way we caved in with players strolling around is a betrayal of the club we all love.

This is a relegation team - big changes are needed. Billic goes and any non-committal players should exit with him.

Texas - agreed. He's acting like a clueless clown. Time to axe him. Those comments were shocking.

Re: Bilic's post match
Bilic has broken a fundamental rule of motivation and man management...public shaming and blaming the players.

Did not need to talk so detailed about the players intensity in training and in games.

That is a direct indictment of himself and his coaching staff more do than the players...

Fundamental to successful management is the ability to organise...motivate and insist on maxjmum effort and professional performance at all times from players and resources.

If a CEO/sales director/business leader said this after a poor quarterly or annual report...he'd be sacked pretty soon...

Bilic has set himself up for a rapid exit if he doesn't get a good run of points soon...and has no one to blame but himself.

Started losing the plot since the back end of last season..crap displays in easy Europa...and now relegation form this season.

He just doesn't show the strong management qualities and leadership and stability needed to turn tge situation around...

Looking like Dead Man Crawling this season.

This press interview was the last straw for me...if he doesn't put a good run together after Pool...he needs replacing as he will lead us by default to the Championship.

No more Grant style relegation fights down to tge last day...when the owners fiddled while Grant Burned tge club.

Wake up Bilic...you are supposedly an intelligent bloke.]Use your fucking brain and sort it out...yesterday's comments were very high risk and may have completely lost tge players..

I believe Slav is suffering from reverse Samson disorder, where an increase in hair follicles results in a loss of managerial acumen.

Re: Bilic's post match
Blimey!

I've always regarded Bilic as honest as the day is long - there's some serious shit going down behind the scenes, but what it is is anybody's guess.

Could be an open secret in the club that Payet's been tapped up and is off, could be that the Daves have stopped funding or are selling, could be that Brady's not handing it out, own brand mayonnaise is back in the restaurant - anything. It might even be a business strategy to drop down a division to reduce outgoing payments on the stadium (55k on the waiting list remember, so we'll still absolutely stuff the place every week).

Re: Bilic's post match
I didn't want him out at the end of the match yesterday.

After watching his post match interview, he should do the decent thing and resign. If not, he should be sacked. He's basically said that they're not training properly which says a lot.

Re: Bilic's post match
If the useless board do not have a plan B then maybe a temporary manager until we get the right man. I would think the likes of Curbs, Harry or even Sir Trev could do a better job than Slaven at the moment, he looks a broken man who at least had the courage to face the camera's

As for full time replacement I don't live in the realms of knowing all these foreign guys but Benitez is doing a great job for the Newcs

Mancini, get him in. Can't believe that our board won't have a plan B manager up their sleeve, just hope it's not Alex McLeish!
